This is a 3D printed figure of a modern train driver. It is only the top half of the figure so that it can be fitted in to the cab of a diesel locomotive. The sprue protruding from the bottom can be used to hold the figure while painting. This can then be cut down and used as a mounting peg or removed completely.

The O scale are sold as individual figures and the N - OO are sold in a set of 5 figures.
